Counselling Psychotherapy & Wellbeing
Godstone Surrey
Therapy can find the key to unlock a more fulfilling and balanced life. We can learn to switch off the autopilot and find solutions within ourselves. Having someone alongside us when we are ready to make personal changes is essential for support and growth.

We all need a space to explore our thoughts and feelings. We often wait until we are overwhelmed to seek this for ourselves. I believe therapy is an important element of self-care. Whether it's when we feel in a good place and want to keep it that way or when we know we feel out of balance mentally, emotionally or physically.

Life ebbs and flows, everything passes. What remains constant is our humanity. We all have an inbuilt need for connection and support to navigate life with all it brings.

I am offering Face to Face, Skype, Zoom, telephone or walk and talk therapy sessions.

What to expect from Therapy
If you are new to therapy, embarking on sessions can be daunting. We sit in a confidential space and create together a focus on what you would like to explore. There is no right or wrong and what needs to be spoken or expressed usually finds a way.
You may already have an idea of how many sessions you would like. We can arrange a set amount, or keep the therapy open ended. Either way, the length can be tailored and assessed regularly every few weeks. Generally longer term therapy will allow deeper exploration and a stronger and more healing therapeutic relationship to form.
I use Transactional Analysis, a humanistic approach to therapy, where my belief is that everyone is worthy of respect and has the capacity for change. My sessions are free of judgement and I welcome any topic. My aim is to empower you to find your answers and bring about the change you want.
